I had Dak Bokkeum Deopbap (slide 1) at a restaurant (Ha Ru in New Malden, London). Searched online for the recipe but I couldn’t find it. Ended up finding the recipe for chicken bulgogi (slide 2).
Does anyone have the recipe for slide 1? 🥹

  1. Look up recipes for dakdoritang or dakbokkeumtang. Looks like what you had was just using boneless chicken instead of bone-in chicken. “Deopbap” just means “covered rice”, meaning the dish is served on top of rice.
