Finally throwing this out🤢 I've used it for baking cookies and I've used it to make lemonade but today, I'm getting rid of it. The last couple times I've used it it's given me MAJOR bloating and now that I just added some to my yogurt, I feel super nauseous. Like I'm sitting here feeling DISGUSTINNG…absolutely regret not having used honey instead šŸ™„

Good for you. People became so ok with putting mystery chemicals in their body as long as the serving size claims it is 0 calories

  2. I find it ok. But it’s trash because this brand charges 2x what they should. I don’t get why people pay it. I’ve only ever gotten it on sale or clearance.

Shoot I’ll take it. I love me some chemicals if it means less calories. I use Monkfruit all the time in sauces, baking, etc.

i’m not a fan of this brand at all, everything is twice the price for no reason

Erythritol is definitely hit or miss. For me it’s a miss. It tastes so off and upsets my stomach.

Sucralose/Splenda on the other hand works fine for me for most use cases

yeah anything that says ā€œsugar freeā€ or ā€œsugar replacementā€ gives me a splitting headache 😭

I guess I’m in the minority I quite like it – I just use it in my morning coffee though.

  8. This one works for me in stuff. Not so much when mixing it in a liquid, but I use it in sauces without issue.

Erythritol is the devil. I cut out all artificial sweeteners and sugar alcohols etc and my gut and stomach are so happy. I sure ate the crap out of them in my 20s though.Ā
