Cheesy grits, mac n cheese, smoked brisket dirty rice. (Sorry no pic, all were delicious)
Top of the platter, Cherry cola burnt ends, Regular burnt ends/brisket below, Top right was a crispy pork belly, 3 pork spare ribs, Smoke brisket boudain 2 links, Smoked jalapeño sausage 1 link, Pork belly burnt ends (bottom left), Smoked beef cheek above the pork belly.
Homemade pickles, pickled chili pineapple (great) , pickled peppers
All of this was incredible, to say the least. Soon, you will be able to order some of this to be shipped to your door! Stay tuned!

I saw them pop up on my Facebook a few years ago so I followed them. They look amazing. Was exciting to drive out there and try them but then I noticed they’re in Luling, La. Not Texas lol.
Unfortunately for me they’re in an awkward spot to where if I’m ever in that neck of the woods I’m going to be eating as much Cajun/creole food as possible. I can get Texas bbq at home.
