You haven’t eaten grilled cheese like this before. Crispy halumi with yogurt mint dip. Cut 200 g of halumi into sticks. Mix 50 g of flour, 100 ml of water, panco breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, 100 g of sheep yogurt, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of honey, mint, and add halumi to the flour mixture. Coat with panco. Fry at 175° until golden brown. Drain and enjoy.
