I roughly measured out 10 Tbsp of the mayo as best as I could with a measuring spoon.
I cut up about 2.5 cups of dill (10 negligible Calories)
Math as follows
(4(70 Calories x3))+(35 Calories x10)+10 Calories =1,200 Calories.

4(16g x3)= 192g protein
