I had a disappointing first year with my peppers last year, this year I’ll just be happy with whatever grows! I love padrons so holding out for those

I have a few bloodghost pepper seedlings that I am really eager to try later this summer.

I love Zebrange! I grew it indoors, starting in last September of last year. It took almost exactly 180 days for the first harvest, but I also let the first round or two of flowers just fall off (the plant wasn’t mature yet). It’s growing dozens at a time now, with so many flowers that I can’t count them all. In terms of heat, it’s VERY mild. My partner detects a slight warmness, it’s a full tingle and burn for me – they regularly eat spicy foods, whereas my eyes water with too much black pepper in my mashed potatoes lol.
I liked zebrange enough, I started 4 new plants to go outside this growing season so I can compare the growth habits of indoor vs outdoor. Plan to stake it, possibly even cage it! 🙂

My mad hatter peppers. They are my favorite for their versatility. Great on food, great in a sauce, great in a salad, and on their own.

I’m looking forward to Cumari, the only Capsicum Praetermissum, bringing my species total to 6. Tried Flexuosum seeds too but had zero germination.

I’m pretty excited about my Trinidad Perfume and Habanadas. I have a bunch of superhots too, but sometimes it’s nice to have a few for a snack without weaponizing your GI tract.
Hatch Hots as well. Love Hatch chiles.

Interested to see just how how the Warthog is. I’m also really interested to taste the scotch bonnet Freeport orange and the aji Margariteno.

I have some serrano seeds I saved from last year that were grown next to a scorpion pepper plant. I’m excited to see if they cross bred at all and if I get some weird looking/super spicy serranos.

My sugar rush stripes are blooming like crazy and I have so many ideas for them. I want to be drowning in them.
