I bought it yesterday at the meat store and it was slightly brown. Today after it being refrigerated it is s kinda brown and has changed color.

    If it smells fine and isn’t slimy or too shiny it should be safe. Red meat usually go darker when exposed to oxygen. This oxydation process is perfectly natural and safe.

    Inga problem! Ser iaf ok ut o luktar den inget konstig så är det lugnt. Kött kan ändra färg efter syre kommer in men inget farligt.

    If food has gone bad your nose will tell you 99% of the time. We evolved to hate the smell of food that has spoiled just like we have for the smell of poo.

    The monkey that ate bad meat didn’t get to pass on his genetics.

    Color, texture, and smell.

    If it doesn’t look bad/off (It looks fine), if it doesn’t have a slime-y feeling when you touch it, not wet but *slime-y*, and it doesn’t smell *really bad*. It should be safe to eat as long as it was properly stored.
