I love cold pizza, but this seems like a decent idea.

Nah. Air fryer on 400 for 4 minutes.

Sometimes I use an iron skillet on the stove.

I got yall beat… take two slices. Put them toppings to toppings. Throw that little pizza sandwich in a waffle maker. … pizza waffles.
You can thank me later.

I don’t own a panini press but I’ve found a large thin-bottomed frying pan does the same. Nice heated through pizza with a crispy crust and bottom.

Great idea, but that means I’d have to clean the press which I hate doing

That is brilliant, doesn’t the cheese ever stick to the top?

No but I heat both sides in a cast iron. This reheating method can transform cold Costco pizza.

A tip as an Italian, get a pan, heat it until mid to high temp, put the cold pizza on the pan and put a lid on it for about a minute.
That’s how most people heat cold pizza here

I put the slice one cheese side down, let’s sizzle a bit, and then flip it onto the grease to toast the bottom. Top is nice warm and the bottom has a perfect crunch 👌.
That or put it in the microwave a couple of seconds and then crisp up the crust on flat pan.

i microwave it for 15-20 seconds covered in a wet napkin then air fry or bake it for just a couple minutes.

Put them on top of each other and make a Pizzanini.

I prefer the oven, but that’s overkill in terms of power used
