Hubby and I love McDonalds lol. I tried buying McMuffins and sausages at the grocery store, but it costed more than buying Jimmy Deans frozen breakfasts from Costco. I found a homemade biscuits under 30mins recipe and now it’s cheaper to make at home than buying McDonalds. I’m so happy it turned out so good and they’re so cute and mini looking!!

Looking good! Did you make the brisket from scratch or did you use Pillsbury? How do they freeze and do they reheat well?
These look great! We’ve done similar with store bought patties, but a while back we made our own with ground pork, adding our own breakfast sausage seasoning. It was cheaper, but for us what was more important was that we could control the salt.
Another thing I’ve seen is doing the eggs in a lasagna pan on the oven and cutting them square. Haven’t tried that yet, but seems like it could work.
