Welcome to episode five of sausage to save your diet. This is my tziki sauce. It is high in protein, low in calories, and goes great on everything. You’re going to start by slicing, gutting, and finally shredding a cucumber. And in your hands or a paper towel, squeeze all of the juice out. Into a bowl, add your plain Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, pinch of salt, and then some fresh dill and mint. Cucumber. Optionally, add some olive oil. In the fridge for an hour. Are you following me? Are you following me?
