My first year growing peppers I got three shishito plants. I had no idea what I was in for, so many peppers, delicious though. Nobody would buy them because they didn’t know what they were. I ended up just throwing them into anything I was cooking. They are great when they’re green, even better when they turn full red.

We did this for the first time last year and loved it! We’re doing it on a larger scale this year. Love them fried with a little salt.
