    I’ve heard they’re very prolific. Mine hasn’t reached that stage yet, but I’m excited for it lol

    Shishitos easily produce 100+ per plant even in my zone 6 growing season.

    My first year growing peppers I got three shishito plants. I had no idea what I was in for, so many peppers, delicious though. Nobody would buy them because they didn’t know what they were. I ended up just throwing them into anything I was cooking. They are great when they’re green, even better when they turn full red.

    Damn son – these fucking plants hate me. I can’t pop a shishito to save my fucking life. I was eyeballing the Bonnie listings for live ones because these fuckers are so delicious.

    I grew some last year and they were definitely one of my best producing peppers

    We did this for the first time last year and loved it! We’re doing it on a larger scale this year. Love them fried with a little salt.
