    That’s the perfect amount of fat – a lot. Rendered it well considering the volume.

    Looks amazing. I’ve only ever made them once. Malcolm Reed put out a beef rib video last week. I think it’s time I make them again. Even if my wife said they were too fatty and greasy last time. Lol

    They look amazing. Would love to know your method. I’ve never had beef ribs, but I love brisket. Seems like an easier process.
