S&p, severed on all sides. Then sautéed onions and garlic, carrots and celery in the same pot. Put them all in the instant pot with a tbspn of corn starch and 3 cups beef broth. Topped with Rosemary thyme and more salt. High for 50 mins, then added the radish and high for 10 mins. Served with mashed potatoes for hubby and kid, and kale salad with one nuts, parm, lime, olive oil and salt.

    Radishes to replace the potatoes are my favorite too, they bite just like soft mini potatoes and are amazing slow cooked in the juices 😍 only thing missing is a little red wine in your recipe, it seriously boosts the flavor of a pot roast like no other.
