Mon-Fri Brekky and Lunches

    Been lurking here for a while now and felt inspired to post after seeing everyone’s contributions!

    **Breakfast:**

    Daily protein bowl

    * Protein powder (Iced Coffee Mocha or Choc Hazelnut)
    * Oats
    * Chia Seeds
    * Almond Milk
    * Mixed Frozen Berries
    * Benefibre

    **Lunches**

    *Top two:* Lettuce, avocado, kewpie mayo, lemon, tinned fish

    *Second two:* Cauliflower rice stir fried with cabbage, green onions, ginger and garlic. Topped with honey soy tofu.

    *Bottom one:* Tinned sardines, tomato and crackers

    Not pictured: snacks (apple, nut butter, nuts, yoghurt) and likely some eggs to add to the lettuce lunches
