Mine is on the left: breakfast, snack and lunch/dinner. Husbands on the right, he eats breakfast and 3 (same) meals a day (need that calories right!). Sometimes when he is bored, he will mix the boxes!

breakfast: oatmeal pancakes (oats, egg, banana) with jam (strawberry) and fruits.
snack: tomatoes with mozarella and basil.
lunch: cobb salad (lettuce, eggs, bacon, tomatoes, chicken, spring onions)
2nd day:
breakfast: egg muffins with onion and red peppers with veggies.
snack: tomatoes with mozarella and basil.
lunch: rice with grilled shrimps and veggies: sweetcorn, avocado, edemame, cucumber and spring onions.
3rd day:
breakfast: egg muffins with onion and red peppers with veggies.
snack: fruits (kiwi and mango)
lunch: pasta with minced beef (pasta, minced beef, italian herbs, tomatoes, pepper, cream cheese)

2nd day:
breakfast: egg muffins with onion, pepper with veggies.

As you probs can tell I usually have the same 3/4 breakfasts (+ overnight oatmeals that are not in those photos) and snacks. Blanking on an ideas of what else can survive in my fridge for 3 days and is nice as a snack. Any ideas?

How is everything stored. Ive always been worried about food getting soggy and becoming unappetizing.
