Looks like it might’ve been cooked to medium, but sliced too early (which is why the juices are on the plate instead of in the steak, and then sat on the plate too long and continued to cook to well done. Also isn’t that a porterhouse?

i dont understand why people on this sub can grasp the fact everyone likes their steak diff. the presentation is astounding and im impressed with the fact you made a well done steak and it still looks juicy, ive done it with a smaller cut and it was pretty difficult. you my friend, made an a+ steak 🥩
