Cooking done for three days!

Monday:

breakfast: oatmeal pancakes (oats, egg, banana) with strawberry jam, mango and kiwi.

snack: tomatoes with mozarella and basil.

lunch: tortillas with chicken, roasted peppers and onions, cheese (and for hubby rice)

Tuesday:

breakfast: overnight oats with milk, cranberries, hazelnut iso protein powder and almonds.

snack: mango, kiwi and grapes.

lunch: again, tortillas with chicken, roasted peppers and onions, cheese (and for hubby rice).

Wednesday:

breakfast: egg muffins with veggies.

snack: tomatoes with mozarella and basil.

lunch: haddock, veggies and mashed potatoes.

    Please post your recipe for the egg muffins!

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
