Full day of eats except I indulged in everything I was craving (1200 calories)

    Fibre Brownie – **83 calories**

    75g cooked rice, 150g lamb curry – **350 calories**

    100g cooked sticky rice, 60g mango, 20g dried milk powder, and 50g warm milk, 20g yoghurt – **300 calories**

    Cola bottle ice lolly – **50 calories!!**

    Not pictured, bag of crisps – **232 calories**

    Not my best day, but I got to fit all the snacks I was craving whilst staying within my deficit 🙂💪
