So I found this recipe on TikTok (his user : @thomfoodz) a few days ago and I’m obsessed.

I tweaked the recipe a little:
Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F
I use 200g Greek yogurt (I like using vanilla flavoured instead of plain)
50g egg whites
1 tablespoon sugar free syrup
Mix that together and then into the oven for about 25-30 minutes

All that comes out to 140kcal and 25g protein(Greek yogurt 120kcal 20g protein, egg white 20kcal 5g protein, sugar free syrup 0kcal)

I’m planning on trying some different toppings or some mix-ins to make it even better
