    not quite medium yet

    looks a little inconsistent also

Looks a little red for medium but I think it looks delicious!

This is firmly in medium rare! It looks lovely.

You’re really cheap with those briquettes. You’d get a much better sear (and flavor) with a hotter fire.

Warm pink center? Maybe you should do the chimney under the grill? You gotta prime it before you put the meat on! There’s way too many puns here. I will see myself out!

Nailed it. It will always be a bit colder near the bone, can’t be helped unless you sou vide. Did you light a whole chimney and use it to cook the steak?

It’s tough to cook those big ass steaks that well. I think you just about nailed it tho man. Looks delicious. 🤤

Looks medium rare to me, just how I like it!

I thought medium was a thin like of pink in the center. This looks medium rare to me.

That’s about as medium as medium gets

Who cares what we say, what did she say?

Looks great. Not easy on charcoal and with big ol steaks. Good work

If consider it medium well, however when dealing with others I’d say you did great!

  14. That steak looks great.

Do you always light your charcoal chimney on the same grate you cook the food on? Have I been doing it wrong?

It’s more medium rare but it’s looking like right up my alley 😂😂

Side note: I have the same charcoal grill! If you spend time figuring it out, it makes THE BEST ribs and drumsticks!
