Didn't have perilla leaves or any Korean peppers. I used habaneros instead. Ended up one of the spiciest dishes I've ever cooked.

    I miss dalkgalbi. I used to cook it once every few months, but I think my digestive system just can’t handle it anymore. Maybe I can try a heat-less version, but I don’t think it’d be close to the same.
