Wrapped with peach paper @ 3hrs internal temp was 165
when wrapped. Final temp was 209*👌🏼

Spritz was organic beef stock, water and low sodium soy sauce.

Rub was Blues Hog Bold and Beefy with some added fresh ground pepper
Mustard for binder
Injected with organic beef stock

    These look great. What do they cost in your area? I always find them at like $11/lb which is hard for me swallow compared to pork ribs at $3 or $4
