Fatburger is opening a location in Encino Park.
The details
Fatburger is known for serving grilled 100% pure lean beef patties built to order. The restaurant also serves chicken sandwiches, turkey burgers, a variety of buffalo express wings, such as sweet bourbon BBQ, coconut jerk and honey garlic, milkshakes, fries and onion rings.
According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction of the new 2,200-square-foot quick service restaurant began Jan. 13 and is estimated to have been completed April 25. The project is estimated to cost $2 million.
