Pork Slices with Curry and Potato/Carrot/Tomato

    Threw pork slices in a heated wok with oil first to cook, added diced onions to sweat afterwards. After onions are more translucent, added in some diced tomatoes, carrots, and potatoes. Add just enough water and Japanese curry blocks and bring to a boil. Leave to simmer on low heat for 20ish minutes and it’s ready!

    Easy hearty dish to go with rice, I added a bit too much water so it became soupy for me 🙁
