Decided to make me own rolls and Nigiri. How did I do? Also welcoming any and all tips for a beginner!

    Looks nice! what’s the black crumbles on the salmon nigiri?

    If you toched it, then that’s a clear signal you used direct flame for it. Just give it a long enough distance like toasting cigars.

    Using direct flame sometime infuse an unpleasant smell into the neta as well.
