We're in Michigan. This is an old pic and we just have charcoal grills now.

More or less. I have my limits, but I also have my limits on hot days.

Anything colder than 10 below Celsius I’m waving the white flag. I can certainly tolerate colder, but it just stops being enjoyable at some point. Whereas during mild winter temps grilling outside is very pleasant. It’s quieter, and the smell of charcoal lighting up in the cold air is almost cathartic.

Also count me out for anything hotter than 30 above Celsius. Then you can find me sprawled on my basement floor with the AC cranked eating cold pizza. Which is actually a chunk of our summer, so I actually grill more in the fall, winter and spring than I do in the summer. And thank God for basements.

    Of course!

There was one day where a polar vortex hit while I was grilling and that was the one time where I felt it was too cold. Other than that, I’m out grilling.

Absolutely. I’ve shoveled a 14″ wide by 3′ deep path to my grill, in order to fight to get the cover off so I can have a winter steak more times than I can count.

Sweet Jesus man… I do but I’m in San Diego. Anything below 50 and our entire social structure collapses

Careful with glass beer bottles. One shattered on me in the cold, being too close to a hot grill

New England all year long. shovel off the snow, grilling or cooking on the Brownstone the same day….

  7. Hell yes I do. The only thing that stops me is driving rain or high wind. Otherwise you know where to find me

  8. I grilled shirtless in real feel of -15 this year in Michigan. I grill all year.

Definitely. If the weather doesn’t blow out the fire it’s grill time.

Of course. Who doesn’t? Related…grilling in the snow is underrated. The beer stays COLD.

Hahaha. Brutal pic. I live in Coastal CA. I have definitely used one of our bbq’s every month this year. Probably every week actually. It’s always bbq season here.

  12. Yes, I will absolutely shovel off my deck and light it up regularly in northern winters. The only concession I make is I typically do quicker-grill items like steaks, burgers, etc, and not as many low roasts, as the temps can be a bit funny.

Grilling in the snow is awesome…pouring rain is another story

I find it more relaxing, calm and steady when its snowing just like that. It hits different.

The only weather I don’t grill in is a heavy rain.
