I’ve been dabbling with steak for years now and I think I’m finally reaching a point that I can be proud of but I’m always looking to improve my ability to cook these beauties

Looks great! Nice sear and perfect temp. Not sure how much you can improve on that one

Let her rest at room temp a little longer before cooking, but looks great

Steak looks good. But your shrimp are under-sauced.

    That’s a 9/10 for me.

    10 doesn’t exist.

Char looks great but overdone for my tastes.

Guys the green stuff is chimichurri 😭😭 I normally don’t make it but my momma loves it so I made some and drenched my shrimp and asparagus with it cuz I do love the taste but I couldn’t bear putting it onto the actual steak but thanks for all the comments and advice 🫡🫡🫡

Too much sauce on the shrimp. Steak looks good tho.

its too undercooked in my opinion, try to get a crust band forming on the top and bottom

All the criticism coming from people who would absolutely smash this down and sing your praises if you put it in front of them.

Just another Tueday on r/steak, I guess.

Oh, and the chimichurri looks way over-processed. 😉
