Olive oil has 120 calories/tbsp. How could it possible be zero calories in spray form?

It’s not, anything that’s under 5 calories per serving given is automatically 0 calories on the label. It’s safe to assume that if you’re using a more than just 1/3 sec spray, it would account for more than 10 calories or so (depending on how much you use). A spray just gives you more control on how much oil/cooking spray you’re using.

1 spraying portion is .25g .25g of oil are 4.25 calories, which is below the maximum 5cals per portion that allows companies to list it as 0 calories. Dame logic as with tic-tacs, that despite being only sugar are also listed at 0 cals per portion

Simple, it’s not.

It doesn’t. But honestly it’s most likely negligible unless your doing body building prep
