Used to get sandwiches from this place (now out of buisness) called PJ’s that were called the ‘fat bitch’. 12″ hoagie with mozz cheese sticks, mac n cheese, potato wedges, and chicken fingers. You reminded me of my long lost love

If I could eat eggs still, I’d pack a bunch of those for lunch.

Stick it in a toaster oven so everything’s warm & you got a good idea.

Did something similar with sliced ham and thanksgiving side dishes, except I flash fried them. The ham with stuffing plus mac and cheese was a smash last year, the ham with mashed potatoes and green bean casserole was also good but once you got through the fried ham layer the mushiness of everything else was a bit odd.
