






Two months of baking school came to an end last week and I wanted to share with you all the three products I've presented at my final exam.
– sourdough bread with polenta and sun-dried tomatoes
– toasted malt, seeds and more sun-dried tomatoes focaccia
– rusks with mixed red berries, hazelnuts and a swirl made with strawberry powder.

Could you give more details on how the exam was conducted? How much time did you had? Did you test any recipes beforehand? Could use any starter/leavener?
