Make sure to mix everything well with the chojang. And please do NOT eat it with chopsticks. I hate seeing people eat bibimbap w chopsticks. Spoon only.

the great thing about bibimbap is that it’s delicious at its base model (rice, soy sauce, sesame oil) and then you can build it up with whatever you like.
