The nigiri are: panfried oyster mushroom, sesame marinated tomato, and miso roasted watermelon (CLEAR winner tbh). Served with quick tempura veggies and tofu “crab” rangoon.

The rolls are different combinations of the tomato, watermelon, and tofu crab with daiya cream cheese and cucumber. Watermelon was the clear winner here too, esp rolled with the cream cheese and tempura fried

We’ve done about five kinds of onigiri but the house-favorite fillings were avocado/wasabi, “crab” salad, and umeboshi
