A great snack for the ride

Traveling to Orcas island today. What a better way to pass the time on the hour and a half ride then finding this beauty in my truck.
While in Rome 😀
It was a gorgeous day in the PNW, and the breeze on the ferry is always my favorite.

Smoky, meaty, subtle sweetness and perfectly salt level. This was a welcomed snack.
The only think that felt weird was using a fork 😆
