I don’t know why this is the first time I’ve ever bought and cooked tempeh but it was so delicious. Full disclosure I felt that the sauce in the recipe was a good base for flavor but I ended up drizzling a little Soy Vay teriyaki on the bowl at the end. Searing the tempeh at high heat really released great flavor.

    I used the veggies I had on hand: celery, kale, mini peppers, and onion. I would definitely add mushrooms and water chestnuts next time.
