Each sausage is 9g protein, and each sausage bun is also 9g protein. Which makes it 18g of protein in a single sausage bun. Is this even possible?

    The bun has milk powder, so it could be skimmed milk which has more protein than semi or regular. The susssage is chicken, no matter which cut 9g is normal. Honestly this isn’t a big amount of protein for a chicken sandwich. Its really normal.
