All right then, guys. I’m on day nine of vegan keto, and I thought I’d make another breakfast video. So, in this video, I’m going to make vegan sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches. That’s right, I said vegan sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches without the bun. For the vegan sausage, I’m using Beyond Meat, Beyond Breakfast Sausage. And there is six carbs and two fiber. So, there’s four net carbs and two patties. So, I’m just going to use two of them. For the vegan eggs, I’m using just egg. This is the folded egg version. And there is three grams net carbs in one of them. So, I’m just going to use one of them. And for the vegan cheese, I’m going to use Follow Your Heart American Style slices. There is four net carbs in one slice. So, I’m just going to use one slice. And I’m probably going to put a little bit of vegan mayonnaise on it. This is just mayo. It says zero carbs per serving, so put like a tablespoon of that on it. I’m also going to make some avocado toast by spreading half of an avocado onto vegan keto bread. This is zero carbs per slice. Nine total carbs, eight dietary fibers, one alulose. So you minus the fiber and sugar alcohols from the total carbs, which is gives you zero net carbs. So that’s pretty nifty right there. Keto, vegan, zero net carb bread. And I’m going to have a few strawberries. Just going to put some coconut oil in the pan. Okay, the coconut oil has melted. I’m just going to go ahead and put the vegan sausage in the pan. Just let it cook on that side for a few minutes. While the vegan sausage is cooking, I’m going to go ahead and put the vegan egg in the toaster and a slice of bread in the toaster and toast it. I’m going to go ahead and check them. I think the bread will probably get done first. So, yeah, the bread looks like it’s done. I’m going to get that out. And yeah, the egg needs longer. Okay, it’s been a few minutes. I’m going to go ahead and flip them. And let that side cook for a few minutes. I might flip them back and forth a few times, too, just to try to get them more evenly cooked on that side. They look done to me. I’m going to go ahead and put them on a plate. So, I can’t really do this while I’m holding the camera, but basically, I’m just going to put half an avocado in the toast and just smash it down into the toast. and try to do it. I’m holding the camera, I guess. Yeah, I’m gonna put the camera down. Smash the avocado onto the bread. All right. So, I’m using a fork. Ah. Actually, I’m using a fork to smash it down. And one little trick to make avocado look good for social media is to use a fork and just rake it like that. I’m going to pour just a little bit of olive oil on it. And I’m going to sprinkle a little bit of Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning on it. Oh yeah, that looks social media worthy to me. Okay, so the vegan egg is done. And I think I’m actually going to cut it in half so I can get two parts out of one of these. All right, so I got the vegan egg cut in half and I’m going to put my half of vegan cheese on each one. Now I’m going to put my vegan sausage on each one. and just a little bit of just mayo on each one. Just a little bit. And then the strawberries. There you go. Vegan sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches without the bun or muffin, avocado toast, and strawberries. All right, so I’m going to go ahead and try one of the vegan sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast [Music] sandwiches. Fat is good. All righty then. Going to take a bite of one of the vegan sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast [Music] sandwiches. That is good. So, that’s pretty good. You can taste the vegan egg substitute. You can taste the vegan sausage. Um, I accidentally got the spicy kind. I didn’t realize that, but it’s still pretty good. It’s got a nice kick. And then the vegan cheese and the vegan mayonnaise. It’s a nice sausage, egg, and cheese. Um, vegan substitute there. So, now for the avocado toast. And believe it or not, I’ve never had avocado toast. I don’t think I have anyway. Not that I remember. So, here we go. Fat is good. Had to wipe my thumb off because I had oil on it. That goes really well together. The um fat from the avocado and then the toast. Of course, that’s zero net carb toast. So, um I see why people eat that. I like that. And strawberry. Just got some water. All right, so I’m on day nine of vegan keto after two weeks of eating highfat, low carb to transition into vegan keto. So about three weeks and two days now of eating highfat, low carb with the last week and two days of very low carb. And yeah, um the scale said 247 this morning, so I’ve lost like 8 lbs. And yes, I know some of that is probably water weight, but it’s nice to see the scale go down. But um yeah, um just enjoying all the food. And this is processed food, so it’s interesting, you know, eating a diet that allows the fake meat and the vegan cheese. So all righty then. That’s about it for this video. I plan on posting more videos in the future. Thanks for watching.
