On Monday, my mom asked me if I wanted anything from Costco and I said yes to a slice of pizza because I had a migraine and just wanted something easy. Well, she got me a whole box. I had one slice on Monday and two more slices Tuesday morning for breakfast. The rest of the day I ate as I normally would. 🥲

    Don’t beat yourself up over it! Everytime I go to Costco I say to myself I’m going to get one of those pizzas “someday”. Enjoy and move on 🩷

    If you got the whole box make sure you account for the fact it’s ~4200 calories for the whole box but it’s 12 slices they cut the slices twice for the whole pie orders so it’s more 350-400 calories a slice.

    It’s like 700/800 a slice on the sign for an individual slice cause they cut only 6 slices out of the pie for individual slice orders.

    Pizza is such a tough thing for me. It’s so good, goes down easy, and is SO caloric. Only luck I have had is making my own crust and subbing baked cottage cheese instead of mozzarella lol.

    A few slices of pizza won’t make you fat just as a few pieces of lettuce won’t make you toned. Habits ruin progress, life is for living, enjoy the pizza without second thought every now and then ☺️
