Chasse Marée Redfish in Spicy Oil

First, I want to shout out my new hero u/Tinned_Fish_Tyler for helping me find a retailer who would ship these to my location. I ordered two; one to try on their own first, and one to dress up later.

I don't usually post here, but these are quite special, and I had to share. This is truly one of the best tins I've ever had. The fish is so buttery, the spice is just right. I received some large, in-tact pieces, and some quite small but no less desirable. The taste is so clean and the texture so velvety. I had to lock my goblins out onto the porch to experience these in peace (see photo #03). I got these for $11.00 a pop, which is not in my usual price range for tinned fish, but I could not resist after I saw Tyler speak so positively about them. So thank you again! It was truly worth it for something special.
