Small tidbit about the vindaloo dish, it’s mainly eaten in the state of Goa in India, which was occupied by Portuguese settlers, and it was derived from one of their dishes. Always a banger dish anywhere I have ordered it!

I’m destroyed on chicken vindaloo.
The first time I had it was doordashed from some random place on a work trip to my hotel room. It was literally the best chicken I’ve ever had in my life.
I try chicken vindaloos everywhere, but it’s not THAT. The place I can’t remember in San Diego haunts me.
