I posted earlier about starting a small, local charcuterie board/box company for the lake community I live at. The idea is these would be upscale but portable charcuterie boards/boxes to bring an elevated, effortless vibe to boat snacking.
Please help me decide which packaging to use!
Some thoughts to consider:
– I am going to sell a reusable ice pack sheet separately that can go underneath the boxes to keep them cool
– I know a window or transparent lid is great aesthetically but wondering if it is better to use a solid wood lid to help prevent the sun coming through?
– I want these to feel more premium than the cardboard boxes but still need to be portable enough to bring on a lake with waves etc.
Pics 1&2: Solid wood box with attached solid lid I can burn my logo onto

Pic 5: Solid wood base with removable transparent lid I can place my sticker onto
Or do you suggest something else entirely!! Thank you!

The first box feels the fanciest. I’m imagining wrapped cheese & treats inside with shredded tissue paper like a gift basket.
I like 1 and 2. I just bought myself a board with a clear lid at a Koh’s sale to use on our pontoon.
