How hot is your soil? I have a heat mat thermostat and 87 is perfect. Super hots took about a week.
Prior to using the thermostat i was too hot and stunting germination.

I’m glad to hear it made it (or at least started)! For all the effort that gets put in, daily monitoring, the endless googles it’s great not to get a zero return. And then you build from there. Thanks for sharing.
