Every 2 weeks I bake cookies to share. Prep the dough the day before. Bake the next day or freeze the scoops to bake later. My favorite Safeway employee is going through cancer treatment, she gets 2 doz to share with family and cancer institute staff. Another dozen to the wonderful staff at the Senior Center, more put out for delivery people, share some with friends. Made 15 doz for a fundraiser for the senior center and they sold out!
