Today? Nothing.
Though soon I’d like to see about making some onion heavy meals. Not sure what I’d want to make though. Just craving onion…and garlic.

Stir fry onion lightly so it is still crunchy. Caramelize more onion. Throw all of that over rice and eat.

Technically a wild leek, but I harvested ramps today and am currently dehydrating to make into an oniony/garlicky flavor powder!

I just roasted half a red onion with some Cauliflower. Topped it with the best chicken paprikash I’ve ever made. I’ve been obsessed with roasting onions with veggies lately.

Throw it a most meals. Omlet and veggies onion, herring (raw) onion, pasta? Onion, salda a raw (not a sharp) onion.

I bought the stuff to make tonight or tomorrow, sliced onions and peeled sliced cucumbers in a simple sugar water vinegar pepper brine, i bring the brine to a boil and cool in fridge before i put the veggies in. Ill let those sit for a few days, and then me and my boyfriend will tear them up, just by themselves.
