I believe that sandwich is, “The Restaurant School Special.” $15.95

I agree that I don’t always want more kinds of meat on a sandwich. For example, there is a burger place near me that has a burger with pulled pork on it. I would prefer to have the burger, then have some pulled pork instead of having them together.

I would have to try this to see how well the meats blend. It might be more like an Italian hoagie where it benefits from different meats.

You would hate Katz deli in nyc. Just a pastrami on rye is that size maybe a bit larger

Nice post Koch, you’ve got my business if I’m ever in that area

That looks amazing. Are you unfamiliar with the deli style pastrami sandwiches that are thicker than they are wide?

Weird way to tell everyone you’ve never been to a deli before.

  9. I am a pastrami purest I feel like a lot of that would distract from the flavor of the pastrami and don’t really know what the Mac and cheese is adding to the sandwich. But that is hardly “too much” meat

Why must Philadelphia have all the greasy fever dreams I didn’t know I wanted

This isn’t stupid at all. I’m sure it’s terribly unhealthy but also delicious.
