The texture is super smooth, soft enough to blend easily, but firm enough to hold shape — ideal for spreading, sautéing, or baking. Kerrygold is made with just cream, skimmed milk, and cultures. That’s it. No extra fillers. It’s produced in Ireland where the cows graze on open pasture, about 136 lbs of fresh grass a day actually. That diet is what gives this butter its rich flavor and natural creaminess. So each stick is 4 oz, which is half a cup, so it’s perfect for most recipes without needing to measure.
