Ingredients:

For the Filling:
300g fresh spinach, chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

For the Sauce (to brush between filo layers):
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1 egg
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water

5 -8 sheets of filo dough (depending on pan size and thickness preference)
1 egg yolk
Sesame seeds
