I bought the Mission Zero Net Taco Tortillas and apparently it’s 110 cals for three? It used to be 25 cals per tortilla, meaning 3 would have been 75 cals! Even online it has the old nutrition label and same with Lose It! and MFP.

Come on, “crashing out” over 40 calories? Maybe reflect on that.
Probably a rounding or averages issue; there’s 2g protein in one tortilla and now 7g in 3; it would imply there was only 1.8 g per tortilla actually in the original, but they rounded up. Etc.

Maybe they upped the serving size? The screenshot really doesn’t show the amount of tortillas

Can someone tell me why these labels are able to subtract fiber carbs? the second ingredient is literally wheat starch, but the label is claiming there’s 0 carbs 💀

This is actually the worst news I’ve gotten all week what the fuck 😭😭😭

All of the mission carb balance tortillas changed. It was like a year ago though in my area.
The Ole Xtreme wellness ones did too, the biggest one used to be 80cal now it’s 110cal.

Just a ~25cal difference. That’s probably a rounding error

Are these actually good?

more fat and more Carbs and Higher serving size. LAME

Interestingly this is the realistic calorie amount, as modified wheat starch has 2 calories per gram instead of 0 while still being a fiber. Did the FDA update the regulation on it?

La Banderita is better anyway 😉
Jk jk. That’s annoying for sure.

YEP! It did change. I actually just ate the last “old” one that was 25 calories. When I was in store picking up more, I thought I was losing it haha (I don’t mind the extra cals/tortilla, but just very confused) until I got home and looked at my last pack.
Honest_Lab4829
It’s a guess because all of them are different sizes anyway
doughnut_cat
if 25 – 40 cals is gonna make or break you youre doing it wrong. 1240 is plenty. 😀

The old nutrition label
Because the service size now says 3 tortillas
One has 7 grams of protein now! Pretty good
