Greetings cheeseburger loving friends!

We were absent for a few weeks but are back with a new batch of homemade sourdough wheat and whole rye buns. Three kinds. Sprinkled with poppy, pumpkin and nigella seeds.

This particular double cheeseburger was made with

  • 1 pan toasted sourdough wheat and whole rye bun, this one sprinkled with nigella seeds
  • 2 beef quarterpounders, pan roasted
  • melty cow's and sheep's milk cheese with truffle pieces inside
  • a thick and juicy slice of a ox heart tomato
  • sliced and grilled yellow onions
  • arugula
  • mustard
  • salt and cracked black pepper

It was super delicious.
