For starters spaghetti aren’t that suitable for rustic toppings like that

Looks a lot like lo mein

Bro what did you do to that pasta, not only looks overcooked but it also all stick together like you never stirred it once in the whole 30 minutes of cooking. That’s a pasta crime

I think I can mostly get behind everything but the baby corn haha. Depending on your experience cooking though, good job.. or bad job.. I don’t know.

This looks really nice! It’s just like the spaghetti my parents made when I was young.
They also added some fresh peas, and red fresh chili’s. I should make that again this week. I never use that type of minced pork ever. Hated it as a child; will probably like it now.

Looks like it would be good with like a chinese style quick meal

Did you add baking soda to the boiling water? I find that makes pasta noodles much more chewy/bouncy in the style of lo mein

Minced? Looks like steak to me

Would be better with actual chow mein/lo mein noodles, or udon. If you have a stand mixer and a pasta maker super easy to make

I think you did great OP! Cooking is about having fun, experimenting, learning what you like and crafting the perfect dish for you! My suggestion is start thinking about different things you might add to make the flavor more interesting… acid maybe from lemons, heat maybe from chili flakes, freshness with some herbs. Have fun and keep it up!
