We’re very fortunate to have really good sushi in vegas. Sakana is great but there’s like 15 other places as good if not better and another 20 that might not quite meet those 15’s standards. A part of me dies inside when I do a pickup and they’re going to like nobu or something on the strip when I drive uber. ‘$35 for all you can eat? Nah, I’ll just take out a second mortgage for 10 pieces of nigiri.’
